A Hospitality and Information Mission

· Hospitality and information for tourists and local residents alike.

· Provision of tourist services such as boat hire, cruisers, “gift ideas”, Angers Découvertes City Pass, trips on the little tourist train, cycle hire …

A Marketing and Communication Mission

· Design and implementation of a Tourism Marketing plan for Angers and its region.

· Promotion of an attractive image of the Anjou destination with clients and opinion leaders.

A Reception Mission

· Promotion of Anjou destinations to “group” and “individual” clients

· Design and marketing of products for exploration of discover Angers and its region

· Design, organisation and marketing of events (receptions, soirées, challenge, special events…) in unusual or outstanding locations, with the possibility of implementing original themes

· Organisation of guided tours of Angers and its region, with the assistance of a team of guides.

A Development Mission

In partnership with local authorities and the tourist trade:
· Coordination and execution of project studies with the aim of:
    § Providing tourists with information more efficiently
    § Helping tourists to discover Angers and its region
    § Developing a tourist offer in addition to what already exists

· Tourism advice to local authorities, sites, and people with projects

· Local observation of tourism
